Abstract
- This article is the result of an instrumental research project aimed at obtaining a questionnaire with good internal and external validity to measure educational management in Peruvian Regular Basic Education. A varied sample was used in the research. The questionnaire was subjected to various statistical processes that made it possible to achieve good internal validity of content, construct and reliability, as well as good external validity of stability and criterion. The results obtained allow us to conclude that the design and validation of the questionnaire on educational management presents good internal and external validity, which will allow measuring educational management in Regular Basic Education.
