Acidocétose sur grossesse : à propos d’un cas rare et revue de littérature.

Gestational diabetes is a major problem during pregnancy, as the complications and repercussions for the foetus and the pregnant woman are so significant. The occurrence of acid ketosis during gestational diabetes remains exceptional and is rarely described in the scientific literature. For this reason, we present a case report of a 23-year-old primiparous woman of African origin with no known medical history who presented to emergency with vomiting associated with abdominal pain during pregnancy. Clinical and laboratory investigations revealed diabetic decompensation with acid ketosis. We present this clinical case and a review of the literature. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
