Jahrestagung der GfE: Aktuelles aus der Tierernährungswissenschaft.

The 78th conference of the Society for Nutritional Physiology (GfE) took place from March 5th to 7th, 2024 in Göttingen and addressed various topics in the field of animal nutrition. It was determined that there is little knowledge about animal nutrition in society and that better public relations are necessary. It was also noted that certain topics such as feeding in organic farming and the development of new material cycles continue to be central. Suggestions were made on how communication and understanding of animal nutrition can be improved. The conference was well attended and provided a platform for scientific exchange.
