Abstract

This study is to examine the impact of information innovation on writing surveys, an essential resource for leadership empowerment. Data innovation speculation's commitment to the performance of the organization is not immediately demonstrated, but it is autonomous in supporting business practices. The ability and mastery of data innovation isn't really compelling to add to the organization's execution. An important role is played by hierarchical learning when it comes to the interaction between IT empowerment agents and organizational performance. This study hopes to lead an exploratory deliberately written survey in the field of IT enablers and gain engagement, execution with information from all test distributions across the world. This study uses the techniques of systematic literature review and exploration of information using Scopus service analysis search results and VOS viewer application. The information obtained in this study is a total of 113 academic reports distributed universally from 1995 to 2022. The results evidenced distribution of the most useful establishment and expert enabler information technology and learning organization worldwide and in performance with more analysts Huo N., B. In addition, Lobo, SR.R. also, Samaranayeke, p. 2 With files. Again, 2022 saw the highest distribution with 21 records, the most capable information technology and learning organizations and performance studies country reports were the UK and US with 19 records.
