Abstract

Automation is becoming the standard in today's society, and this will continue to be the case in agriculture. The advantage of mechanized agriculture is greater farmer comfort and development. Farmers frequently use weeds to control weeds in dryland areas. It is a very old approach that dates back to antiquity. These can be performed by manual labor such as hand removals or the use of tools. However, a larger number of individuals are typically involved in this job, and weed-removing diesel vehicles such as pullies or tractors are employed to pluck the weeds from the fields, making it more than simply a time-and money-consuming exercise. Weed removal from the ground is a risky practice. It causes back discomfort, dehydration, and skin issues. As a result, the entire procedure is quite unpleasant for everyone. As a result, a weed-cutting technology that works efficiently and effectively without human intervention is useful. Finally, to circumvent these issues, our suggested system uses IoT to give a flexible solution for weed cutting. The gadget was managed by a single person, but it may now be customized with modules, internet connectivity, and a mobile app. The smartphone app allows the user of the weed-cutting gadget to cut weeds in dry fields. This method is simple to set up and run in dry areas. Technical features of farmer-friendly robotic vehicles are discussed in this research. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
