Sungai Cabang Barat Village is a coastal area with much plantation land. One of the plantations that can be found is the citronella garden. Despite its potential, local people had yet to recognize the potential of citronella in the village of Sungai Barat Branch. For that reason, the arrival of KKN IAIN Palangkaraya students was expected to explore the potential of this fragrant lemongrass. Citronella can be processed into essential oils through the distillation stage. The uses of citronella oil also vary, ranging from itching medicine ingredients and bath soaps to aromatherapical candles. The approach used in this research is the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach.
