Abstract
- This article explores the use of stereotactic radiotherapy (SRT) as a potential treatment option for secondary central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma before chimeric antigen receptor modified T-cell (CAR-T) therapy. The authors present a case series of three patients who underwent SRT followed by CAR-T, resulting in successful outcomes and remission of CNS lymphoma without significant cognitive impairments. The article suggests that SRT could be a viable and effective bridging therapy for patients with CNS lymphoma before CAR-T, but further research is needed to determine the optimal dosage and timing of SRT in combination with systemic therapy.
