Abstract
- The article discusses the future of the nondelegation doctrine in the U.S. as the Supreme Court increasingly curtail the authority of government agencies. Other topics include the court's majority opinion in Little Sisters of the Poor Saints Peter and Paul Home v. Pennsylvania questioning the agencies' authority regarding the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the Health Resources and Services Administration's (HRSA) Preventative Care Guidelines.
