Abstract
- The nurses experience burnout due to COVID-19 and their psychological state is adversely affected by the pandemic. This study aims to examine the relationships between nurses' COVID-19 burnout, life engagement, and well-being perceptions. The study was carried out on 310 nurses working in a university hospital. As a result of the regression analysis, it was determined that the perception of COVID-19 burnout explained 14.7% of the total variance of life engagement and 40.8% of the total variance of well-being. The study also revealed that the perception of well-being explained 25% of the total variance of life engagement. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
