Abstract

A 39-year-old woman experienced erythema nodosum (EN) and varicella-zoster virus (VZV) reactivation after receiving the elasomeran COVID-19 vaccine. She developed painful rashes on her lower legs and erythematous skin lesions on her thighs after receiving the vaccine. Histopathological findings confirmed the diagnosis of EN and VZV reactivation, which were attributed to the vaccine. The woman was treated with potassium iodide, and her symptoms gradually improved.
