Abstract

The development of ICT is increasingly rapid day by day. In the field of Education, Electronic Learning (E-Learning) has been widely accepted as a tool in learning activities, especially in the higher education sector. Based on the student needs analysis results, 78.6% stated that they used the internet more often as a learning resource. Students need digital learning media that can help them understand physics material. Then, only 28.6% of students answered the Scientific Inquiry Literacy Test (ScInqLiT) correctly, meaning that students' ability in this regard could have been higher. This research aims to produce reliable problem-based E-Learning to increase students' ScInqLiT. This research is development research using the Experimental design model. E-Learning media and ScInqLiT instruments, and the result was that the developed media and instruments were reliable to use. The research results in the experimental class showed an increase in students' ScInqLiT abilities from the post-test scores, which increased higher than the pretest scores. The N-gain score obtained was 0.72 in the high category. It can be concluded that problem-based E-Learning is reliable to be used as a physics learning medium that can improve students' scientific inquiry literacy skills. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
