Re-vitalising the Asian gang: animated Muslim agency.

In this paper I review Claire Alexander’s new book, <italic>The Asian Gang Revisited</italic>. The attention given to religion, methodology and masculinity in this book is of particular significance for the way Muslims are apprehended in discussions on racialisation and belonging in the UK.
