Termo de consentimento informado: linguagem acessível e atendimento à saúde de migrantes.

The research deals with the assent of migrant patients in Brazil before medical procedures, observed in the Term of Informed Consent and Federal Council of Medicine recommendation nº 1/2016. It seeks to understand the referred term and propose techniques to improve its writing, starting from the hypothesis of its misunderstanding. A qualitative and hypothetical deductive literature review was carried out. In final considerations, it was observed that there is a right to health for migrants in Brazil, but there is also a loss in their full consent during treatments due to the difficulty of communication.
