Abstract
- This article discusses the successful re-treatment of two patients with Mycosis fungoides (MF), a type of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, using brentuximab vedotin (BV). BV is an antibody-directed systemic treatment that has shown positive responses in previous studies. The two patients in this case study achieved complete response (CR) with BV, and their disease remained in remission for a significant period of time. The article suggests that re-treatment with BV can be effective, durable, and safe in selected patients with CD30+ MF. However, further research is needed to establish specific evidence for re-treatment in MF. [Extracted from the article]
