Preface: International Conference on Mathematics and Its Scientific Applications (ICMSA 2022).

The text is a preface to the Proceedings of the International Conference on Mathematics and its Scientific Applications (ICMSA 2022). The conference took place on March 3-4, 2022, at the Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The conference was organized by the Department of Mathematics and was held online via the Zoom platform. The aim of the conference was to provide a platform for mathematicians and engineers to present new models in their respective fields. Around 200 research papers were received and 68 were selected for possible publication in the Scopus Indexed AIP proceedings. The editors of the AIP Conference Proceedings accepted the selected papers for publication. The preface expresses gratitude to the contributors, the conference organizers, and the advisory and technical committee members for their support and guidance. [Extracted from the article]
