This paper intends to propose some questions about the psychoanalyst's resistances to the brand-new configurations of gender (and bodies) at the contemporary. It supposes further the persistence of the desire as a thing that allows the reformulation of the analytical doxa, considering these modifications as an enlargement of the symbolical universe -- that results in several consequences in the clinical's listening effectivity. Therefore, we reassert the ethics of desire against the real while unrepresentable and the bet of writing against the impossibility of sexual relationship. Starting with a short appreciation of a Spanish film maker Pedro Almodóvar's film "Todo Sobre Mi Madre" (Spain, 1999), we vindicate, at last, an imposition of a time to understand the changes in progress at our field, in order to have sensitive conclusions about the brand-new possibilities of sexual arrangements showing in the clinic.
