Abstract
- In this text, I analyze the place of students' experiences in their pragmatic readings of texts, influencing the teaching-learning dynamics of anthropology and the impacts on the understanding of their alterities. The arguments to support this proposition are based on recent discussions on ethnography, as a way of developing theories and concepts, producing knowledge, and works on ethnography in education. The reflections presented here were built from classes taught in the city of Codó, located in the east of Maranhão-Brazil, and from online classes during the covid19 pandemic, for a class with students from the same city.
