THE WOMAN AND ADMINISTRATIVE EDUCATIONAL WORK IN HAIL UNIVERSITY - KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA.

The study aimed to identify the reality of women's administrative educational work and the most important factors influencing their work in this field, as well as ways to enhance their performance level. The study questions were as follows: What is the reality of women's administrative educational work at Hail University? What are the factors influencing women's administrative educational work at Hail University? What are the ways to enhance the performance level of women's administrative educational work at Hail University? The researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (45) items, ensuring the validity and reliability of the tool. The study population consisted of (40) female administrative educational workers. The study concluded several important results, including: the low average of administrative positions held by Saudi women, environmental difficulties resulting from social culture. The study also proposed several suggestions, the most important of which is: identifying the requirements for success in administrative and leadership work for working women. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
