The main aim of this work is to analyse El libro de Cartago by poet and symbologist Juan Eduardo Cirlot. To this end, we will proceed to the hermeneutic analysis of the different poems that make up the book, as well as to the genetic analysis of the manuscripts and correspondence that preceded its publication in 1947.
