The study aimed to identify the nature of excellence management and the extent of its application in Arab and Islamic universities. It also aimed to present a proposed vision for Albaydha University to implement excellence management. The qualitative approach was adopted in its analytical style to analyze a number of literature, research and models. The study concluded by preparing the proposed vision, which is represented in a group of procedures include (leadership, working individuals, strategy and policy, partnership and resources, operations, employee results, The targeted people satisfaction, community service, performance indicator results). The researchers also reached the requirements for applying the proposed vision, the most important of which are: 1. Supporting the senior leadership to implement the excellence model, and shareing it. 2. Reshaping the university's organizational culture according to the vision of the European model of excellence management. 3. Continuous education and training for all employees, including senior leadership at the university. 4. Continuous quality improvement. 5.
