Development of a predictive model of the formalin production process under the influence of deviation.

Currently, the quality of the output product in the production of formalin is determined by the laboratory, which is an expensive, complex process and takes a long period of time. This paper examines the analysis of methods for constructing predictive models of an industrial technological facility using least squares (LSM) and regressions in order to increase the efficiency of safe process control. An approach to the construction of predictive models of the output product quality based on regression models is presented. It is shown that the results obtained do not contradict the existing methods of choosing regression modeling methods for constructing predictive models. An approach to the construction of a predictive model for decision-making on the operational management of multi-stage and multidimensional continuous technological processes of formalin is described.
