The Higher Administrative Court of the State of Saxony-Anhalt has declared the regulation of the Police Inspection Halle on the establishment of a weapons-free zone in A-City invalid. The regulation exceeds the content and scope of the authorizations according to § 42 (5) and (6) of the Weapons Act. However, the jurisdiction of the Police Inspection Halle to issue the regulation was confirmed.
