Abstract
- A 23-year-old woman with Turner syndrome experienced a lack of efficacy during treatment for thoracoabdominal aortic dissection type B. Despite receiving esmolol, nicardipine, and fentanyl, she continued to experience persistent pain. Her medical therapy was adjusted, and she was eventually discharged in stable condition. One month later, a follow-up scan showed no change in her aortic dissection, and she continued with medical therapy in preparation for possible elective aortic repair. [Extracted from the article]
