Abstract

A prospective study of 50 patients found that two patients developed veno-occlusive disease (VOD) of the liver or hyperbilirubinemia during treatment with inotuzumab-ozogamicin for B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). One patient had previously undergone stem cell transplantation and developed grade 3 VOD of the liver, while the other patient developed ≥ grade 3 hyperbilirubinemia. The study did not provide specific information about the ages, sexes, dosages, or outcomes of the patients. [Extracted from the article]
