The technological pedagogical and content knowledge ability is the knowledge that needs to be mastered by teachers in the application of technology elements to teach certain subject matter to students in one complete package. TPACK knowledge can also affect the ability of educators to develop learning roles. If educators can integrate technology into the learning tools they compose, then they can use technology well in learning activities. This research is a descriptive study to describe the TPACK ability of Animal Physiology lecturer. The subjects of this research are students who have taken Animal Physiology courses. The type of research used is descriptive research with a survey method. In this type of research, the data obtained will be describe objectively and as it is according to the results of students' perceptions of the lecturer's TPACK ability in the learning process. Based on some of these results, it can also be seen that the lecturer's Technological Content Knowledge ability element has the largest percentage of responses, while the smallest percentage of responses is the TPACK element which is a unit of the whole. The results of this research are expected to be useful and can be continued for better research. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
