Abstract

Focusing on dewatering technologies for coal-containing sludge in the coal chemical industry・ With technological advances, dewatering methods are shifting from traditional techniques to combined treatments combining multiple techniques, aiming to improve dewatering efficiency by dissolving extracellular polymers (EPS)・ The article analyzes the characteristics of coal・containing sludge, treatment difficulties, and points out the key issues to be addressed in future research: first, optimizing the combined sequence of dewatering technologies and method selection; second, clarifying the impact of combined deep dewatering on sludge energy use, resource recovery, and material manufacturing; and third, perfecting the multifaceted evaluation system of coal-containing sludge dewatering processes・ It is recommended to adopt the life cycle assessment (LCA) method to comprehensively evaluate the carbon emission, environmental impact and cost of sludge treatment, so as to promote the optimization and promotion of coal-containing sludge deep dewatering technology.
