Abstract

Research aimed at improving the efficiency of restoring the internal cylindrical surfaces of body parts is an urgent direction in the development of agricultural machinery. One of the main objectives of these studies is to improve the quality of restoration and substantiate the optimal modes of electrolytic rubbing, which will improve the physical and mechanical properties of the surfaces being restored and ensure high wear resistance of the restored parts. One of the proposed new patented devices is a device that allows for high wear resistance of the surfaces being restored. This device has passed the theoretical justification of electrolytic rubbing application modes, which are important to achieve the desired results. The purpose of the research is to increase the efficiency of restoring the internal cylindrical surfaces of body parts by improving the quality and justification of electrolytic rubbing modes, improving the physical and mechanical properties of the surfaces being restored, and ensuring high wear resistance of the machine parts being restored. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the process parameters, such as current strength I, A, rotation speed ω, rpm./min., contact area S, decimeter2, have a significant effect on the properties of the deposited metal layer. The introduction of new technologies into production can lead to an increase in process productivity and wear resistance of the restored surfaces. Thus, research in the field of electrolytic rubbing is an important direction in the development of agricultural machinery and can lead to improved quality and efficiency of restoration of internal cylindrical surfaces of body parts. This, in turn, contributes to a more durable and reliable operation of agricultural machinery. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
