Abstract

Abstract: The fluorescence emission spectra of Cr:Yb:YAG crystal are measured and the effective stimulated emission cross section of the crystal are obtained from −80°C to +80°C. A linear temperature dependence between −80°C and +80°C is reported for the 1.03μm peak stimulated emission cross section of Cr:Yb:YAG crystal. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
