Abstract: The article features Lauren Abner, state E-Rate coordinator at Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives and one of the honorees of the journal's Movers & Shakers 2024 Award. Topics discussed include the changes in E-Rate participation levels and funding commitments to Kentucky libraries under his guidance, significance of E-Rate for many libraries and K-12 schools, and her appointment as vice chair of the American Association's E-Rate Task Force in 2021.
