Review of how Karl Marx was living in exile in London while German, French and Austro-Hungarian officials sought his arrest; Discussion of how Lord Granville, the home secretary of the time, remained indifferent because he adhered to the British ideals of freedom of speech and level-headedness; Comparison of Marxism in Britain to Bin Ladenism in Britain; Author's view that the trouble with Islamism is that it does not need very many fanatics to transform a society.
