Abstract
- The article discusses various research studies published in the Korean Journal of Anesthesiology that focus on predictors and indicators for improving postoperative outcomes. These studies explore topics such as the association between COVID-19 infections and postoperative mortality, the use of machine learning models to predict postoperative pain, the assessment of hemodynamic status after heart surgery, the impact of ventricular-arterial decoupling on postoperative outcomes after liver transplantation, and the relationship between hyperglycemia and postoperative delirium.
