Abstract
- The article discusses the concept of leadership and its importance in a rapidly changing world. It identifies three universal struggles faced by leaders: leading organizational change, strategic thinking and creative problem solving, and developing new leaders while effectively communicating. The article emphasizes the need for leaders to adapt their actions and methodologies to promote the triple bottom line of people, planet, and profit. It also explores different leadership styles and their characteristics. The role of change leaders in engaging employees and shaping their beliefs and behaviors is highlighted.
