Abstract
- The clinical data of one case of primary mediastinal CD20-negative diffuse large B-cell lymphoma were retrospectively analyzed, and the related literatures were reviewed. One 26-year-old male patient presented with recurrent chest pain for 3 months. Imaging examination showed a large space-occupying lesion in the mediastinum. Postoperative pathological immunohistochemistry showed CD20(-), CD19(+), PAX-5 (+), CD3(-), CD5(-), CD10(-), TdT(-), MUM1(+), CD30(individual +), Ki-67(about 60% +), BCL-2(+), C-MYC(10%-20%). After multiple courses of combined chemotherapy, the efficacy was poor, the disease progressed, and he was lost to follow-up. Therefore, CD20-negative diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is highly invasive, difficult to diagnose and treat, and has a poor prognosis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
