Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is one of the most significant causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Proper use of medicine is the mainstay in COPD pharmacotherapy. According to the studies, there is a lack of adherence to therapy for chronic diseases. One of the relevant reasons for poor adherence and treatment failure could be difficulty in drug administration.
