Carcinoma pulmonar primário em cão: relato de caso.

Primary lung neoplasms are uncommon in dogs. A dog underwent preoperative imaging tests for a therapeutic ovariosalpingohysterectomy, and the chest xray indicated the presence of a mass in the lung parenchyma. As a diagnostic strategy, aspiration of the mass was performed guided by chest ultrasound, to collect samples for cytopathological examination, establishing the diagnosis as primary lung carcinoma.
