Abstract

A 4-year-old girl with a history of various eye conditions and Wilms' tumor was treated for secondary open-angle glaucoma with multiple medications, including brinzolamide, bimatoprost, timolol, hyaluronic-acid, and a moisturizing ointment. However, these medications were found to be ineffective in reducing intraocular pressure (IOP), and the girl eventually underwent surgical intervention. Following the surgery, the medications were discontinued, and the girl's IOP remained stable during follow-up. [Extracted from the article]
