Abstract
- Abstract: We would like to assess whether this impairment of intracortical inhibition might be lateralized by using paired pulse transcranial magnetic stimulation. Some patients with dystonia had a normal intracortical inhibition on nondystonia hand area. The intracortical inhibition might reflect the susceptibility of drugs and be able to speculate the prognosis of unaffected site in patients with dystonia. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
