Abstract

The recent trend of prefabrication composite analysis allows us to confirm the appropriate application, experimental possibilities and better cost optimization, is another no-cost protocol. In this work, the physical and chemical properties of groundnut shell and rice husk materials are collected, and the materials library is presented in the ANSYS program. The concentration of the two different mixture fiber/filler section: 75% epoxy resin and 25% groundnut shell and rice husk. SOLIDWORKS software is a powerful tool for designing and analyzing the mechanical, thermal, and physical properties. The software creates accurate 3D chair design models and analyses them using: Von Mises, static displacements, static stresses, and total deformation to determine mechanical properties. Analysis of the chair is simulated by the load with two variants: 50 and 70 kg applied to the base in the center and chair legs in the corner. When a load of 70 kg is performed, the maximum displacement at the front and back of the chair leg is 2.690 x 10-2 mm. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
