Temozolomide-induced vitiligo-like reaction: An extremely rare phenomenon.

Temozolomide (TMZ) is an alkylating chemotherapeutic drug, often used in high-grade glioma and metastatic melanoma. Common side effects of this include myelosuppression and gastrointestinal side effects. Vitiligo-like reaction is extremely rare after TMZ.
