Supporting Open Access Monographs: Penn State University Libraries' Participation in the TOME Initiative.

The article reports on promise of Penn State University Libraries to participate in the Toward an Open Monograph Ecosystem (TOME) Initiative, which was launched by the Association of American Universities (AAU), the Association of Research Libraries (ARL), and the Association of University Presses (AU Presses). Topics discussed include open access monograph requirements, lessons learned from the TOME agreement, and impact of TOME as a pilot program.
