Twins with alveolar capillary dysplasia with misalignment of pulmonary veins: Strategies for diagnosis and management.

We present a case of dichorionic-diamniotic twin females who developed hypoxemic respiratory failure. They were ultimately diagnosed by lung biopsy with alveolar capillary dysplasia with misalignment of pulmonary veins.
