Abstract
- With the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, animal husbandry in Ningxia has developed rapidly, and the demand for forage has increased significantly. In order to effectively alleviate the unbalanced development of grass and livestock caused by low forage yield, backward cultivation techniques and extreme shortage of seasonal green fodder in irrigation areas. Through three consecutive years of field experiments from 2020 to 2022, feeding triticale included preparation before sowing, variety selection, mechanical sowing, rotation irrigation group division, water and fertilizer management, overwintering management and timely harvest, and multiple cropping silage corn includes preparation before sowing, variety selection, mechanical sowing, water and fertilizer management, prevention and control of diseases, pests and weeds, and timely harvest. The high-efficient cultivation technology model of forage triticale multiple cropping silage corn in Ningxia Yellow River irrigation area was systematically summarized. This model has changed the traditional planting mode, efficiently utilized resources such as land, light, heat and nutrients, and greatly improved forage yield and economic benefits.
