Abstract

The article deals with an analysis of the properties of anisotropic materials and the technologies used for grinding materials by pressure. The process of crushing-shear deformation of anisotropic materials in the press installation with a punch that has cross section at the different angles. Equations are obtained for calculating the effort required to grind shale materials in a press roll assembly with a conical roll profile. A description is given of its design, which combines the processes of directed feeding of pieces of anisotropic materials to its working bodies and force in the direction of least strength, which reduces energy consumption for the implementation of the grinding process. The results of experimental studies on the effect of crushing-shear deformation on the output parameters of the process during grinding of anisotropic materials, organogenic limestone and marl are presented.
