Abstract
- A 30-year-old woman experienced gastrointestinal side effects and nausea while being treated for generalized plaque psoriasis and chronic hepatitis B infection. She also did not respond well to several medications for her psoriasis and misused some of them. Despite trying different treatments, her symptoms persisted until she was diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B and started taking tenofovir, which significantly improved her psoriasis. However, she eventually discontinued tenofovir due to nausea. [Extracted from the article]
