基于服务乡村振兴的农业专业硕士人才培养改革与实践.

The objective of training talents for agricultural master's degree is to cultivate applied high-level talents with comprehensive vocational skills in agriculture for agricultural technology research, application, development and promotion. The training of new-type agricultural technicians with innovative consciousness is essential to accelerate the process of agricultural modernization and promoting the construction of professional agricultural and rural economy in China. Based on the practical teaching in recent years, this paper analyzed the problems existing in the cultivation process of full-time agricultural master's talents from the aspects of talent training objectives, curriculum setting, tutor team construction and practical links, and suggested some counter measurements, in order to provide experiences for the cultivation of professional agricultural master's talents, improve the training quality of professional graduate talents.
