Rural development needs to undergo traceable and innovative reforms in relevant systems in response to the requirements of new urbanization, especially in the land management system in rural areas, where there are many problems that contradict the development of new urbanization. Nowadays, the task of promoting new urbanization can provide guidance for the continuous completion of new rural construction in rural areas. Therefore, based on the background of new urbanization, the demand for rural land management system reform was explored, the compatibility between rural land management and new urbanization was analyzed, the problems in rural land management system were pointed out, and constructive optimization strategies were proposed for related issues.
