Abstract

With the characteristics of resistance and easy storage, lactic acid bacteria, as a kind of live bacterial preparation, can increase the nutrients in livestock and poultry feeds, improve the feed quality, and thus improve the performance of livestock and poultry production, which has a broad research and application prospect. This article focuses on the types of lactic acid bacteria, the mechanism of action, the influence of the factor and its application in livestock and poultry production for the review, for the study of lactic acid bacteria fermentation feed and its application in theprocess of livestock and poultry breeding to provide some theoretical and practical reference.
