IMPACTO DE LA DEVOLUCIÓN DEL IMPUESTO AL VALOR AGREGADO EN LOS ADULTOS MAYORES.

In the development of this investigative work, the importance of the return of the value added tax is reflected in the economy of the elderly of the Noboa parish, 24 de Mayo, where these people do not have defined knowledge about the return of the Tax Added Value (VAT). That is why the general objective was defined, which is to analyze the return of the VAT and its importance in the economy of the elderly of the Noboa parish, taking into consideration the existing lack of knowledge on the part of the adults greater. A mixed methodology was used, field, bibliographic and descriptive research; In the same way, bibliographic, deductive, inductive and statistical methods were implemented, to obtain relevant information, a survey technique was developed where non-probabilistic sampling was chosen, and the sample of 30 older adults was selected to apply said technique. The results indicate that the older adults surveyed are unaware of the VAT refund and that, furthermore, they have not received talks on this topic, concluding that these people need training so that they can enjoy this benefit and have a stable life.
