Abstract

As a vital part of a country's economy, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) continue to face numerous obstacles, preventing them from expanding their operations. Lack of knowledge is one of the major challenges faced by small and medium-sized businesses. This is because one of the requirements for expanding the size of SME businesses is knowledge. Increasing knowledge is therefore the most important factor for SMEs. A Knowledge Management System (KMS) is a system that manages knowledge so that it can be optimally used to improve the performance of an organization. The purpose of this study is to create a KMS model for the SME community through the adoption of an intelligent system to optimize knowledge management in KMS. The research method employs qualitative methods through a review of prior research literature. The results of this study are the intelligent system adoption model in KMS for the SME community.
