Abstract
- This paper explores the relationship between IEP and class planning through 34 interviews with primary school class and support teachers. The main findings, obtained through qualitative content analysis, show that teachers more frequently describe ways in which class planning is considered in the elaboration of the IEP than ways in which the IEP content is for class planning. However, when the IEP is considered in the planning for the class, it turns out to be an opportunity for differentiation for all pupils. Moreover, in many cases, it is the level of competence and (dis)ability of the pupil(s) that explains the possibility (or not) of linking the two plannings. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
